Contact us. We mediate when a listing is materially misrepresented (different item, condition substantially worse than described, transit damage). Used worn items are generally exempt from standard return rights on hygiene grounds, but we resolve legitimate complaints case-by-case.

Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay — processed by Stripe. We don't accept crypto, gift cards, PayPal Friends-and-Family, or Cash App direct. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout where required.

Yes — takes about 90 seconds at signup. Verified buyer accounts protect sellers from dispute abuse, which keeps the seller base healthy.

Fill out the application form on the Apply to Sell page. You'll need your email, full name, display name, and a short bio. We review applications within 48 hours and email you a verification link to continue.

30% of the item price (not shipping). You keep 70%. There's no monthly fee, no listing fee. Stripe processing fees come out of our 30%, not your 70%.

Stripe Connect Express pays you directly to your US bank account in USD. Standard payout schedule is T+2 business days for established accounts. First payout can take up to 7 days while Stripe completes initial review.

Yes — Stripe issues 1099-Ks automatically to US sellers who cross the federal reporting threshold. You don't need to track or request it; Stripe sends it directly to you each January.

We do, via Stripe Tax. In ~45 US states with marketplace facilitator laws, the marketplace (us) is the tax collector of record on facilitated sales. You don't track per-state thresholds, you don't file 50 state returns.

Yes, all 50 states. Stripe Connect Express supports every state. You need a US bank account in your name (or in your business's name with a matching EIN).

Every seller passes Didit identity verification — government ID checked against a live selfie — before any listing goes live. The "Verified American Seller" badge means a real human passed a real KYC check.

If you're a California resident, CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know, delete, correct, and limit how we use your personal information. Other states with comprehensive privacy laws (VA, CO, CT, UT, etc.) have similar rights. Email privacy@sole-obsession.com to exercise these.

All buyers self-attest 18+ at signup. All sellers complete Didit ID verification including age check. Strict content moderation prevents explicit imagery in listings.
