How Shipping Works
When you place an order on Sole Obsession, our system automatically generates a pre-paid USPS shipping label for the seller. This ensures consistent, trackable delivery for every order and removes the burden of shipping costs from our sellers.
All packages are sent fully tracked via USPS Ground Advantage. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, and you can follow it on usps.com.
Delivery Times
USPS Ground Advantage, fully tracked, anywhere in the contiguous 48 states once the parcel is scanned in.
Sellers are required to hand the parcel to USPS within 48 hours of your payment clearing. Your tracking number lands by email the moment they do.
All Sellers Are Verified
Every seller on Sole Obsession undergoes identity verification before they can list items. This ensures authenticity, accountability, and a secure marketplace for all buyers.
Packaging
All orders are dispatched in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding or indication of contents. Your privacy is our priority.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Shipping Costs
$8.95 flat rate USPS tracked delivery for socks. Footwear (boots, shoes, heels, slippers) ships at $15.95 per seller to cover the larger parcel. Same price wherever we ship in the contiguous 48 states.
Socks — $8.95 per seller
Flat rate USPS Ground Advantage, fully tracked, plain unmarked packaging. If your cart has items from multiple sellers, each seller's parcel ships separately at $8.95.
Footwear — $15.95 per seller
Boots, sneakers, heels and slippers ship in a larger, heavier parcel, so the rate is $15.95 per seller. Still USPS tracked, still plain packaging, and always quoted before you enter a card at checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Territories
We ship to all of them at the same flat rates. USPS tracked service still applies, though transit to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and other territories usually runs longer than the 2-5 business day mainland window. Packaging is identical: plain, unmarked, no contents listed.
